1. Events Live Package

Our Events Live Package provides a great deal more than just the capturing of video.

2. Promotional Video

Starting at $1,995, IBL NY EVENTS offers you a sizzle reel highlighting the success of your event, service or product.

This is typically a 1 - 2 minute visually stunning promotional video. It includes a 1/2 day of video production, company logos, b-roll, selected sound bites, graphics and music edited together in an exciting, memorable fashion.


3. Half-Day Conference Package

Starting at $1,995, IBL NY EVENTS provides a package of all keynote addresses and presentations captured during a half of a day.

We record the whole event from at least two different camera angles using HD Broadcast Quality cameras, professional lighting, sound, and tripods. Two camera/sound operators and one assistant capture footage, record all of the conferences and, if necessary, conduct interviews throughout the whole event.

Pre-production is conducted with the event organizers to avoid unexpected problems.

We handle all post production editing. We deliver your videos in HD Broadcast Quality, and encode them to be posted online in MP4 format (or any requested format). We provide complete editing for each unique presentation.

Videos are delivered within one week.

4. Documentary Film

Starting at $1,995, IBL NY EVENTS offers you a 3 to 10 minute promotional documentary video.

Within a half-day, we record presentations and keynotes, conduct professional interviews/testimonials, and capture b-roll footage.

We follow a given script or specific indications you offer, in order to gather only the right footage and do a precise editing. We deliver a highlight reel video (a short documentary film) within three days.


5. Event Web site

Starting at $1,995, IBL NY EVENTS offers you a state-of-the-art Web site that will integrate with your event marketing and communication goals as well as with target audiences.

It will have an attractive, dynamic and fast user interface that will help users view and experience your event content successfully.

The layout will have a clean and crisp corporate look. We will use strong fonts and allow for plenty of “white space” so as not create a cluttered look. It will be built around your existing logo and any images you can provide.
